  Vibration feeder is also called vibration feeder. In the production process, the vibrating feeder can uniformly, regularly and continuously feed the massive and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device. In the sand and gravel production line, it can continuously and evenly feed the crushing machinery and coarse screen the materials. Generally used for loose materials. According to the equipment performance requirements, the pressure of materials on the tank body should be minimized during the configuration design. According to the requirements of the manufacturer, the effective discharge of the bin material should not be greater than one quarter of the tank width, and the flow speed of the material should be controlled at 6-18 m/min. For materials with large feeding volume, the discharge position at the bottom of the bin should be equipped with a high enough ore baffle; In order not to affect the performance of the feeder, the ore baffle shall not be fixed on the tank. In order to ensure the smooth discharge of the silo, the inclination of the rear wall of the silo should preferably be designed as 55-65 degrees.


  The vibrating feeder can uniformly and continuously feed block and granular materials from the silo to the receiving device. In the sand and gravel production line, the crusher can be fed continuously and evenly to avoid the blockage of the crusher's receiving port. It is specially designed for crushing and screening medium and coarse crusher to uniformly transport large materials. The vibration feeder adopts the structural characteristics of double eccentric shaft vibration exciter, which ensures that the equipment can withstand the impact of large material falling and has a large feeding capacity. In the production process, block and granular materials can be uniformly, regularly and continuously fed to the receiving device from the storage bin, so as to prevent the receiving device from crashing due to uneven feeding and prolong the service life of the equipment. The feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and grate structure. The steel plate structure feeder is mostly used in the sand and gravel production line to evenly feed all materials into the crushing equipment; The grate feeder can perform coarse screening of materials, making the system more economical and reasonable in preparation, and has been used as an essential equipment in crushing and screening.
