working principle

The bulk materials in the silo fall onto the disk surface through the worm sleeve in the sleeve, and the drive device of the disk base drives the disk surface to rotate. The materials are distributed to the conveying machinery through the outlet of the sleeve's receiving groove to complete the feeding process. At the same time, the feeding amount can be adjusted by changing the rotating speed of the disc surface.
In the structure of the equipment, the rotation of the disk surface is realized by turning the external gear of the slewing bearing by the pinion on the output shaft of the reducer. The pinion is easy to separate from the external gear of the slewing bearing, and it is easy to remove the reducer for maintenance and replacement of the transmission device.
